Job Description
  • Manage daily operation, execute data make sure completed
  • Handle all documents for import process
  • Checking all supported documents such as PIB, B/L, P/L, COO, insurance, etc from suppliers
  • Create import realization reports
  • Handle the suppliers invoice process
  • Creating delivery schedules and coordinating with the forwarder
  • Conduct coordination with all relevant teams
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experienced working in import minimum 2 years
  • Understand import regulations, administration, process and flow
  • Understand SIMODIS system and HS code
  • Fluent in Englist both oral and written
  • Computer literate : Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP will be a plus point
  • Well developed planning and scheduling management
  • Effective communication, discipline, responsible, high initiative and able to work in team
