APPLICATION FEATURES

It applies to delivering non-corrosive lubricating or equivalent liquid without solid particle and fibres at temperature below 80c and with the viscosity of 5 x 10 ~ 1.5 x 10 m/s(5-1500cst). it applies to hydraulic system, too.

YCB series gear pump are mainly composed of gear, axles, pump body, pump cap, bearing sleeves and axle-end seals, etc. the nitriding-treated gears have the advantage of higher hardness and wear property, and they rotate with the axles inside the replaceable bearing sleeves.

The pump designed with safety valve for protection against overload. the full return flow pressure is 1.5 times higher than the rates exhaust pressure of the pump.
